Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days — Free on orders of $150 CAD or more; $18.99 CAD for orders under $150 CAD.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $120 CAD or more within Canada and orders of $150 CAD or more to the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Orders International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. KOS-MARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Delays & Special Circumstances Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to force majeure events, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, strikes, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
