SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–8 business days — Free on orders $120 CAD and over / $12.99 CAD under $120 CAD Express Shipping (Canada): 2–5 business days — $18.99 CAD

  Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days — Free on orders $150 CAD and over / $18.99 CAD under $150 CAD Express Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days — $39.99 CAD

  International Shipping: 10–21 business days — Rates calculated at checkout (DHL Express / USPS)

Shipping rates may vary depending on the distance and region between the origin and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on orders over $120 CAD within Canada and orders over $150 CAD to the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Orders International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. KOS-MARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays & Special Circumstances Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to force majeure events, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, strikes, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. KOS-MARA is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered as promptly as possible.
